Dr Naveen is a unique techno commercial professional who accomplished his post graduation in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi after completing his Master in Veterinary Science from Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izzatnagar under ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research).A graduation gold medal also bestowed to him by the university for his overall academic excellence during his DVM program
He has beeninvolved with research, technical services, brand Management, marketing, consulting and worked in the various national and multinational organizations like LG (a subsidiary of LG, South Korea), Ranbaxy, Pfizer, Keggfarms&Suguna. He has been involved in making of few of the most successful brands in Indian Animal Health industry including dairy and poultry businesses and can be credited with educating and conceptualizing Indian market on new practices like recombinant bovine Somatotropin (rBST), mmunomodulation & food safety issues (specially regarding Dioxin).
He is an active participant in various technical and industry forums and has presented papers during several international and national knowledge forums. An avid speaker over the years, Dr Naveen has established a strong connect between the academic world & the global animal agriculture farming/industry.
Abha Sharma is a science graduate, with more than 15 years of entrepreneurial experience. In her long journey of entrepreneurship, she has started and turned couple of businesses into a success from a very humble beginning. She is having a rich experience in health arid wellness sector and expertise in naturopathy. An excellent team person, she leads the organizational development and human resource department at Le Frais Foods Pvt Ltd.
She is also a contributor in various Fora, having specialisation in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance and experience in financial services, Accounting, internal audit and Risk Management etc. She has joined the Board of Director of Le Frais Foods in 2018.
